Walktober begins!

Walktober registration begins on 9/18/23. This year's challenge will be a team challenge with 3 Weekly winners of $25 EagleBuck raffle based on their average step count. Those taking walking meetings will be entered into a raffle to win 2 free coffee coins to the Dav.

On the Quad, every Wednesday beginning August 30 from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Stop by for produce, fresh baked bread, and Ethiopian meals.

Group fitness classes start August 28 until December 15. Monday and Wednesday Strength and Conditioning 4:30-5:30 in congressional, Tuesday total body circuit from 12:10-12:45 in Jacobs, Thursday Yoga Flow 12:10-12:50pm Cassell B

Summer Points Due!

Points earned over summer (exercise, AHU events, etc.) must be submitted by August 31. Summer points will not be eligible to redeem afterwards.

Couch to 5K Program

Participate in a hybrid 10-week running program with Coach Michael. Attend optional in-person training sessions or complete the entire program on your own at home.
