Sign-up for your Health Analysis and consultation with AU RecFit Personal Trainer. This comprehensive assessment measures variables such as blood pressure, heart rate, body weight, BMI, body fat percent and more. To schedule your 15-minute appointment, contact Bob Beahm at rbeahm@american.edu.

Cupcake Bake-Off

Channel your inner Betty Crocker™ and join us for the 2019 Cupcake Bake-Off. Come sample delicious cupcakes home made by our talented AU staff! Don't forget to vote for your favorite. Prizes will be awarded for best overall, most creative, and fan favorite cupcake.

Bakers may only submit one entry. All bakers must be full or part-time staff members and must register by Tuesday, May 28. Review the official Cupcake Bake-Off rules before signing up. For questions, contact Ashley Wallace at awall@american.edu.
