You are here: American University Provost Academic Support and Access Center

ASAC is open and fully operating virtually. For more information about University operations please refer to the COVID-19 FAQ website.

All disability-related accommodations will remain in place (although some implemented slightly differently during the virtual period) and students should contact their Disability Access Advisor with any additional questions. New requests for accommodation should follow the Three-Step Process. All appointments are being conducted virtually.

Academic support appointments are all virtual and can be scheduled online using normal systems. For Peer-Assisted Student Support (PASS), Writing Center, and Quantitative Support, visit: https://american.mywconline.net/. For Academic Coaching, visit: https://auacademiccoaching.youcanbook.me/. Students in courses with Supplemental Instruction (SI) will receive information from their SI Leaders about how to access services.
