First Year Advising assigns students to one advisor throughout their first year regardless of intended major. Advisors also teach their advisees in a weekly AUx1 course in the fall. This relationship allows students to have consistency through their first semester by providing weekly opportunities to connect with their advisor in class.
The Spring 2023 Schedule of Classes and your registration day and time will be found in Eagle Service starting October 3. Your first year advisor and Class 6 of AUx1 will provide more information about Spring registration.
The University Catalog is published each year and includes multiple pieces of information that can help inform your registration and your semester including
- Academic Programs (major, minor, certificate requirements)
- Academic Calendars (add/drop deadline, withdrawal deadline, etc.)
- University Regulations and Policies.
