Ms. Donati is an Adjunct Professor for the Key Executive Leadership Development Program at American University in their Department of Public Administration and Policy. She also serves as the President of InteGreat Peak Performance, LLC where she specializes in transformational leadership development, coaching, consulting, team building, group facilitation, key note speaking, and retreats. She has provided services for the Department of Defense, the White House National Security Council, the Patent and Trademark Office, the National Nuclear Security Administration, faith-based, public, and private organizations. Ms. Donati has extensive experience working with Federal sector leaders from the Department of Defense, among others. She helps individuals, teams, and organizations increase effectiveness by implementing results-oriented practices, including, but not limited to, providing instruction on conducting crucial conversations and developing leadership skills. Ms. Donati’s superior guidance is offered with the intent of addressing interoffice dysfunction and maximizing practical methodologies to achieve bottom line results.
Her interests include organizational leadership development, consulting, change management, mentoring, coaching, and increasing employee engagement. Ms. Donati spent thirty-three years serving her country in the Department of Defense where she served in a number of leadership roles culminating in her final role as the Provost for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency Leadership (PFPA) Academy where she personally taught, lead organizational change, and graduated over 200 students. Ms. Donati is responsible for strategizing and implementing the concept of the PFPA leadership academy insuring that all levels of agency leaders are equipped, properly trained, and ready to perform their mission in a real world threat-based environment. She received a Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service in 2015 for her efforts in launching the leadership academy. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership Program, the George Washington University Senior Leader Program, the Harvard Kennedy School for Executive Education, Art and Practice of Leadership Development and Driving Government Performance, Leadership that Gets Results Certificate Programs, the American University Key Executive Leadership Certificate Program, and the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Executive Leadership Development Program. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is a certified Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations Trainer, certified Franklin Covey facilitator in Leading at the Speed of Trust, Speed of Trust Foundations, Leadership Foundations/Leadership Foundations for Law Enforcement, 7 Habits for Managers, 7 Habits Foundations, and 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and International Association of Chiefs of Police, 120-hour Leadership in Police Organizations certified facilitator. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach for executives, individuals, teams and facilitator for team building, Strengths-based Leadership and Faith-based team building, career coaching and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach. Ms. Donati is also certified to conduct the Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks 360 assessment.
