With all of the turbulence in the world of work, should it make sense for your organization to do strategic planning? What does strategic planning even look like with the high levels of change and uncertainty in our organizations?
This live session will feature two Key Faculty Marisa Sanchez and Matt Minahan who will lead a discussion on how attendees can increase their abilities to lead and manage organizations in today's rapidly changing and competitive world.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A to learn more about the new Leading Change and Organization Development Certificate.
